Appointments & Office Hours: Appointment will be scheduled during the hours below. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early on your initial visit to complete new patient forms. Surgical procedures are usally scheduled for later dates so that proper time is alloted. Please call at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fee will be charged for cosmetic surgeries.

Office Hours: Monday thru Thursday 9:00am - Noon, 2:00pm - 5pm, Friday 9:00am to Noon

Phone Calls: For routine medical problems, our trained back office staff wil answer all of your questions. However, when neccessary, they will consult with the doctor and return your phone call to relay his advice to you.
